Return Policy

1. Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery date. After 14 days from
delivery date you must contact Shoinks! Customer Service 817 333-4576 No later than 30 Days from receipt of purchase to determine the best course
of action. Shoinks will not issue refunds for products purchased through other entities, or sellers on the marketplace such as distributors or retail partners. You must contact the seller through the return policy number provided by the seller. . Defective units are sent back to the seller at the cost of the buyer not covered under Shoinks policy.

2. A copy of the Shoinks credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
Shoinks invoice may be requested prior to Shoinks Customer Service issuing a Return
Authorization.

3. Unit must be in like-new condition and returned in original packaging with all original
accessories, literature and other components. Shoinks reserves the right to reject any refund request if the product is received damaged or if any accessories, literature or other original components are missing.

4. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product;
to request an RA number, please email or call 1-817-333-4576 and provide the
following information:

5. Upon receipt of the info requested, send products to:

6. Please mark with the RA number on the outside of the package.

7. A copy of the Shoinks credit card purchase receipt, and a copy of the original
Shoinks invoice, should be placed inside the return package so that it is easily visible.

8. Products received without an RA number and the required documentation as
specified above may not be accepted or processed for return.

9. Products received that do not meet the above return criteria may be returned to the
customer via ground shipment.

10. You may be responsible for shipping costs for returning the product to Shoinks warehouse. Product should be shipped so that it can be tracked and/or
insured; Shoinks is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

11. Returns may be subjected up to a 10% restocking fee or flat rate restocking fee of $4.99 or less. Shipping charges may be nonrefundable.

12. Funds will be credited within 5 days of receipt of returned product pending
qualification and subject to above criteria.

RETURNING PRODUCTS UNDER WARRANTY

1. Defective products are covered by Shoinks one-month limited warranty policy if purchased at an extra cost during checkout.

2. To return a product under the warranty policy, read and understand the Limited
Warranty Policy at www.Shoinks.com.

3. A Return Authorization (RA) number must be obtained prior to returning the product;
to request an RA number, please email or call 1-817-333-4576, and provide the
following information:

You have up to 30 days from Shoinks issuing your RA number to return your product to
our facility. Products received after the 30 day period may be returned to you.

Shoppers are entitled to a refund where something is faulty, sub-standard or is not as described. Customers will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return their unworn and unused goods to us. If the item or items in question appear to be used, or the packaging has been opened, or opened and resealed; refund will not be accepted. There is no automatic right to a refund from the shop just because you have changed your mind. The customer is required to send the items/items back for the refund. Upon the receiving the return in our warehouse your refund will be processed.
